Bento Box Lunch Ideas?

I need some healthy lunch ideas for my new bento box. Any interesting ideas for rice molds?? Or tea sandwiches??

Also are there any stores that would sell bento type lunchboxes?? Or anything similar? I live in Austin so if there is any store here, please let me know.
