Bento Box Recipes
Bento/lunch box recipes/ideas? And groceries?
Can you add frozen berries to plain yogurt and will it still be good by lunch time? It should still be cool if the berries are frozen. How can you prepare/use canned beans in a bento or lunch box? How would you incorporate frozen or canned broccoli? Would it get mushy/watery as it melted? I ask because I want to eat healthy while not spending a bucket load at the grocery store, and since I live in the northeast, lots of fruits and vegetables get expensive for my budget in the winter time. So I like to use canned or frozen produce that will keep. Also, any recipes you would recommend for a bento lunch/ lunch box? Maybe rice recipes?
I know my friend has a bento box and she used to bring in pasta which could be cold or hot or you can bring in salad which I know doesn’t wilt in the bento box, I know sweetcorn, rice and a little butter tastes really good for lunch and you can add green beans in there too.
