Bento Box Restaurant

Does anyone have a good recipe for Teriyaki sauce?

Like in a Japanese restaurant Sushi Bar or Fast Food Bento Box type place. The bottled Teriyaki sauce from the grocery store just isn’t the same. I can’t seem to find a recipe that’s quite what I’m looking for.

Teriyaki Sauce – Homemade:

15 min 15 min prep
5 cups

1 cup soy sauce
1 quart unsweetened pineapple juice
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar
Place all ingredients into a blender and let it go for a few minutes, until well blended Store in the refrigerator.
