what to do about my best friend?

my best friend is really starting to get on my nerves so im having a baby and 1st she did not want to be the baby’s God mom because i told her she was not the only God mom then she said she does not want to come to my baby shower because i’m inviting a girl she has a problem with and now i told her the baby room will be tinkerbell because the dresser she is getting is tinkerbell so i want a trashcan and lamp to match she tells me no get pooh or hello kitty i will have to share room with the baby so i was going to buy me a tinkerbell cover to match im 18 she said its for kids and she doesn’t like my bath tub also i told her i was going to spell the baby’s name virjinyah and she told me she will not be able to get a job like where does she come up with this stuff
btw my theme is queen of the jungle and the baby has a jungle bedding so idk what makes her tell me to get pooh or hello kitty i just want something to match the dresser

1. You should only have 1 Godmother and 1 Godfather
2. Both girls should be invited to the shower. If someone doesn’t show up, that’s their problem. Don’t make it yours by choosing one over the other.
3. You are the baby’s mom. You get to choose how you decorate the room!
4. I do agree that spelling names uniquely only poses problems from day 1. You are always having to explain the correct spelling. There are books explaining this. Virginia is such a beautiful name and I’ll bet she’s going to be a beautiful baby. Don’t take away from that with that unusual spelling!
5. If your “best friend” is driving you crazy because she’s against everything when you need her support the most, it’s time to drop the “best” and make her just a friend. Good luck with everything!
