Hello Kitty Bento Box
japanese grocery stores?
my father is taking me to this japanese/thai grocery store and i asked him if they had bento boxes but he doesnt know. do they usually do? i really want another hello kitty one. im sick of ordering them from japan. too much money. thank you for taking your own time into reading this. :]
p.s: i live in Quebec, Canada.
In Japan were I worked atone time it is a box with dividers for different lunch items, the “Hello Kitty” one are the same exept in the shape of the character.
They have them all over Japan, and like in India with the lunch boxes delivered to the office from the homes, bento boxes are delivery to offices and other places for a small fee, and are picked up and delivered to them each working day.
They generally have rice, sushi, a grilled or broiled item, pickle and a veg item, they are delivered around noon and them left for pick up, the comapny who delivers them and prepared the meals has a pick up service, they use trucks now but in some areas you see guys on bike with a stack of boxes running do the street, balancing them very carefully to his places of business.
