Hello Kitty Credit Card Visa

hello kitty platinum plus visa credit card?

i want to apply for this card and was wondering if it is safe and a good one to apply for. does anyone have this card?

I don’t have it but iknow that most of these visas are prabably the same until they stick a funky picture, or sticker on their own card. I would check the interest rates before you go picking a cutsie looking credit card. Good Luck
