How do i put themes on my iPod touch? >_< ?

i wanted a cute hello kitty theme on my iPod!
But, sadly, i have no idea on how to put it like install it
Any help, – i’d be so totally grateful!
Its in a folder in my downloads, but i’m not sure how to get it to change on my iPod?
