How to make paper cones? ?

I’m making a hello kitty pinata, I painted the face white, how can I make simple paper cone ears? Also any advice on the bow?

This is rather hard to answer in words, although so simple to show! Let me try.

Take a sheet of paper and you know how to roll it into a tube. You will do much the same thing, except you will put your hand inside the tube at one end to keep it open or a certain size. At the same time, you will continue to roll the other end of the tube so it becomes very small or closed. You will see you have formed a cone.

You can adjust the size by how large or small you keep the one end open, and how long the sheet of paper is. A short paper (short tube) will be squat if you keep one end rather large. To form a long thin cone, you need a longer tube (sheet of paper) and a narrow opening at one end. Try various shapes until you get the one you want. Tape or glue it closed so that it holds its shape. then tape it down to the head so it stays in place. You may have to trim the bottom of the cone so it fits on the head well.
