Does anyone have any good ideas for a baby girls 1st birthday party?

My daughter is turning one in 2 months and i was wanting to plan ahead for her birthday. Our budget is very tight but i wanted to do something big. I was going to take her to the zoo but it costed almost 300. I dont want a orignal theme like pooh or hello kitty i am thinking maybe going to the park but im not sure. I really wanted something original and fun…does anyone have any ideas?? Thanks!

I am having a cup cake party for my daughter’s first. We’re only going to have immediate family and 1-2 close friends. I’m going to make the cupcakes myself and make finger foods. The dollar store has really good party favors/decorations or you can look on ebay for some. For her gift we’re giving her a savings bond.
