Hello Kitty Wall Clock

Is it safe to still use alarm clock?

Last night my boyfriend was drinking, and i had a glass of juice on the dresser and he spilled some of it on my alarm clock…so we’re sleeping and i hear this scratching noise (at first i thought it was my cat in the litter box cause it’s in the bedroom) but i looked at the clock and it was doing those noises (like the radio was trying to come in – it was scratchy) and the display was messed up….and some sort of liquid was coming out of the clock and it smelled like battery acid (i had it plugged into the wall – i had no battery inside the clock at the time) so i unplugged it and let it sit on the floor….i cleaned the top this morning (juice was on top of the clock, and in the cracks of the radio/volume buttons) now it works…the display is clear (no mixed up characters) the alarm works and the radio is it still safe to use? Thanks.
