Japanese Kawaii Characters

pronunciation?

Im looking for something that can change russian/chinese/japanese characters to pronunciation such as
cute=かわいい = kawaii

Fujitsu makes/made a program for Windows called oshaberi-mate that would read Japanese text including kanji. I’ve always been meaning to check if the Microsoft Narrator feature for Japanese works as well. For that matter it might work for Russian and Chinese as well.
