Best, safest and reasonally affordable Japanese shop online sites? Clothes, accessories, sanrio, san-x?

I’ve been on shop-kawaii, and others like that but would like to know some other great sites for shop online, that have heaps of stuff. I love anything Japanese, especially clothes and cute character things like sanrio, san-x, any plushies (soft toys) stationery, anything!
Also please make sure they are quite affordable – not crappy-cheap but not expensive
