Kawaii Desu Translation

What Does Meja Meja Mean?

I may not be spelling it right, but I’m trying to translate meja meja from japanese to english. i hear it all the time in instances like, meja meja genki desu. or meja meja kawaii.
im assuming it means “really” but I cant find a translation for it anywhere. i must be spelling it wrong. anyway, can you help me? thank you ^^
