Kawaii Dress Up

Will I get made fun of if I go to high school dressed up in kawaii/kei/harajuku style?

I want to wear the accessories but I don’t want to wear the dresses. If you don’t know what I’m talking about, please google it. Like, I want little hints of Kawaii on my outfits, not totally decked out in that stuff. I love the fashion.
Will people think I’m Japanese though? I’m white and asian but not Jap.

Yes. Save it for anime clubs or conventions or things like that, but not for the everyday. If you do, it’ll just be seen as very obnoxious, you’ll probably be called a weeaboo, at the very least.
