kawaii japanese fashion help!?

i was just attracted to this fashion its so cute and sweet. i was wondering where i could find short fluffy skirts and buttons that are super kawaii and such, that go along with the fashion style. i love the childish aspect so the more childish the stuff is the better, the only thing is the fashion kawaii style im looking for is like cupcakes and kittehs and little emoticons that are cute and fluffy and such.
