mine are
1. sahara mizu/sumomo yumeka. fav is Watashitashi no Shiawase Jikan and Kon no Ki Konoha. her stories tickles my heart.
2. Kaco Mitsuki. fav is Ai Hime. she makes really romantic mangas.
3. kyousuke motomi. fav is dengeki daisy. funny and adorable stories <3
4. amano maron. fav is kawaii oresama and spicy recipe. she makes cute oneshots.
p.s. i like mangas not of romance genre too. it's just that the mangakas that i follow through is in romance.
