setting up vlc streaming server with vlc webplayer?

ok i have vlc player and i wish to make a radio for my website
kinda like Kawaii-radio
but instead of having to click on a link or use ice/shout cast i want to know if its possible to make a webplayer that i could put on my site and have my vlc stream to
i want it so that anyone whos on my site can then click play or stop and will with stop or play the stream and it also displays the name and artist of the song
i hope this is understandable and if it isnt ill try and clear it up
