Rilakkuma rice cooker! <3 haha so cute...
yeah okie, the first texts is jus telling you warnings like 'you can not put this into oven or gril. do not put this in dishwasher. use only soft sponges to wash. read instructions of your microwave.

second part, how to use.
1, put the rice thats washed already (a full cup of rice... like a small coffee cup size)and water until the line you can see in the cup. and wait. (ideally for 20mins in summer, 30mins in winter time.)

2, cover the cup with naka huta&soto huta(2lids) and put it in microwave(500w) for 10mins-if ts one full cup of rice, 7mins if its half a cup.

3, wait for another 20mins to cook by steam

if you want to heat up the rice thats cooked already, or heat up something like shu-mai, put 'sunoko' (thats the 3rd part of the equiptment in the pic) into the cup, put 20cc of water and put it in microwave for a min.

edit; now i can see abit cleary.
to cook by steam ; 5 frozen shu-mai = 2mins n half
pumpkin slice (50g) = 2mins
to heat up 1 chu-ka man = 1min

who would want a a slice of pumpkin tho O_O
oh well lol enjoy your rice ;D
