I have a question about my bearded dragon?

Hi my bearded dragon (spike) is 12 inches long do you know how old he is he is a sandfire also he does not eat his vegetables and when i feed him mealworms and crikcets he never eats it but when im gone and come back they;re gone so he ate it also he only likes to eat mealworms and crickets when i put near his mouth is he healthy and he likes just to relax on the tree and bask at 100 wat exo terra

Beardies grow about 1 inch a week for the first 3 months, reaching about 11-13″ in total length by 3 months old. Now although you still need to feed alot of crickets, the growth will tail off to a slower rate, around 2″ a month.
You should not be feeding him meal worms. They have a hard exoskeleton which makes them very hard to digest and can cause impaction, Try super worms a much better choice.
He just does not like you watching him while he is eating. I have a couple that are the same way.
I am going to give you my list of foods to feed daily, occasionally and never to feed so you have some more choices to entice him.
