A question about these places in Korea..?

I’m going to Korea in soon. my itinerary says that we’ll be shopping in dongdaemun & myeong-dong.. they also mentioned something about insadong, I think? not sure if that’s a mall.. but anyway, do they sell hello kitty / sanrio stuff in these malls? do they have any sanrio outlets? thanks in advance x

Dongdaemun, Myeong dong, and Insadong are all marketplaces not malls. There are tons of small stores and alleys full of various merchandise. Dongdaemun has a small river running through it (looks more like a stream) and has an ancient gate (originally, there were 4 spread about the city). There is a 5 story fabric building, tons of vendors selling shoes and clothing.

Insadong is known as the antiques and pottery market.

I haven’t seen a Sanrio outlet, but have seen Korean licensed Hello Kitty products in the Alpha store in Namdaemun (the marketplace where the North gate is located).
