Is Sanrio Puroland walking distance to the Disneyland resort?

I am going to Tokyo at the end of February and will be taking the bullet to Sanrio Puroland and figure it will not take the entire day at that theme park and wanted to go to Disneyland right after that…but I was just curious if I would be able to walk there. thanks

No, Sanrio Puroland is in Tama Center, and Tokyo Disney is in Maihama. You’ll need to get on the JR Keiyo Line and stop at Maihama station to get to Tokyo Disney.
